Follow these step-by-step guides to efficiently manage the community resources.

Adding a New House

Adding a New House

Step 1: Navigate to the Houses Section

From the dashboard, click on the "Houses" option to open the house management page.

Step 2: Click on "+ Add House"

At the top right corner, click the "+ Add House" button to open the new house form.

Step 3: Select Required Fields

Fill in the required house information.

  • Community: Select the community where the house belongs.
  • Owner: Choose the owner from the resident list.
  • House Number: Enter the house number.
  • Block: Enter the block name.
  • Road: Provide the road number.

Step 4: Submit the Form

After filling all required fields, click the "Create House" button to add the house to the system.

Updating Existing House

Step 1: Open the House Management Page

From the dashboard, go to the "Houses" section to view the list of all houses.

Step 2: Select the House You Want to Update

Locate the house from the house list and click on the "Edit" icon in the action column.

Step 3: Update House Information

Modify the required details for the selected house.

  • Update owner, community, or status if needed.
  • Change house number, block, or road.
  • Select whether the house is Active or Inactive.
  • Ensure the updated information is correct before saving.

Step 4: Save the Updates

Click the "Update House" button to save the updated house information.

Deleting a House

Deleting a House

Step 1: Open the House List Page

Go to the "Houses" section from the dashboard to view all houses.

Step 2: Choose the House to Delete

Find the house you want to remove. You may use filters or search to quickly locate it.

Step 3: Click on the Delete Icon

Press the delete icon next to the house entry.

Step 4: Confirm the Deletion

A confirmation popup will appear. Click "Confirm" to permanently delete the house from the system.
