Resident Profiles – Complete Usage Guideline

Manage resident profiles within the community, including creating resident records for existing community users, updating personal and contact information, and maintaining accurate records of residency status, house, and flat assignments for both active and former residents.

Step 1: Navigate to the Residents Profile Section

From the dashboard menu, click on the "Residents Profile" option to open the residents management page.

Step 2: Click on "+ Add Resident"

On the top left corner of the page, click the "+ Add Resident" button to open the new resident form.

Step 3: Fill Out the Resident Information

Provide all required fields for the resident.

Step 4: Submit the Form

Click the "Create Resident" button to add the resident to the system.

Step 1: Open the Residents Profile Page

Go to the "Residents Profile" section from the dashboard to view all resident records.

Step 2: Select a Resident to Update

Find the resident record you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon.

Step 3: Update Required Information

Modify the necessary fields for the resident.

Step 4: Save Updated Information

Click the "Update Resident" button to save all changes successfully.

Deleting a Resident

Step 1: Go to the Residents Profile List

Navigate to the "Residents Profile" section to see all entries.

Step 2: Choose a Resident to Delete

Identify the resident record you want to remove.

Step 3: Click the Delete Icon

Click the delete icon next to the resident entry to start the deletion process.

Step 4: Confirm the Deletion

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Confirm" to permanently delete the resident from the system.
